Leave room between rounds
Choose any length of stay and between 3 and 6 rounds. Group courses by location and leave time for travel between them, which you arrange independently. Actual timings depend on the chosen route and conditions.

Match the hotel to the golf
A Waterfront, city-centre or Atlantic seaboard hotel suits different Cape Town plans. Your written quotation confirms the selected accommodation and its availability, so don't assume properties in a tier have the same price.

Plan for the season
Summer has longer daylight hours but can bring wind, heat and higher demand. Winter can bring rain and variable playing conditions. Ask about course maintenance, visitor access and flexible alternatives; weather and tee times cannot be guaranteed.

Make every inclusion explicit
Your quote should itemise accommodation, selected rounds, green fees and any carts or caddies confirmed as included. Packages cover golf, accommodation and a private shuttle; equipment hire and activities are not included.

Check travel and booking requirements
Check passport, entry and visa requirements with official authorities for your nationality. Consider suitable travel insurance and confirm airline golf-bag rules. Review the supplier-specific payment, cancellation and amendment terms before making a booking.

Can I choose my own dates and courses?
Yes. Tell us your preferred dates, courses and playing level. We build around your preferences, then confirm visitor access, supplier availability and the final quote before bookings are made.
How much will my holiday cost?
Request a tailored quote. Your chosen accommodation, travel dates, golf courses and number of rounds determine the final price, which is set out in your written quotation. No unverified starting prices are published.
Are carts, caddies and green fees included?
Your written quote will identify the selected rounds and whether green fees, carts or caddies are included. Do not assume these are included before confirmation. Tips and personal golf expenses are separate unless expressly stated.
What is included in a package?
Golf rounds at your selected courses and accommodation at your selected hotel, plus a private shuttle throughout your stay. Flights, meals, tours, spa treatments, equipment hire, insurance and other services are not included and must be arranged independently.
Can non-golfers join the trip?
Yes. Include all travellers in your enquiry so accommodation can be planned for the whole group. Non-golf activities are not included.
When are bookings confirmed?
An enquiry or sample itinerary is not a confirmed booking. We first confirm supplier availability and costs, then agree the itinerary and the applicable booking, payment and cancellation terms in writing.
